My Approach to Helping
I am here and ready to move through this with you. Whether you are in transition, longing for peace of mind & body, grieving, suffering, stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a relationship, growing or just maintaining; I want to meet you there. Together we will lean in toward a deeper understanding of you, celebrate your strengths, and build skills that will support fulfillment and greater clarity around your needs. The struggle is real – let’s start there.
Our work together will be relational, experiential & holistic. Combining modalities of CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy we will deepen the connection between mind & body, explore the relationship between your thoughts, behaviors and feelings, develop compassion & acceptance of self, and tune in to your needs and desires to support overall wellness.

I have extensive experience serving LGBTQIGNC individuals (both adults & adolescents) and couples, as well as folks in the creative arts. All are welcome.
