My Approach to Helping
I build for my clients a comfortable, welcoming environment. I think that this judgment-free, trusting environment is the foundation upon which therapy’s work is built. I help my clients achieve their goals, understand themselves, and master new skills that will serve them throughout their lives. My style is eclectic, incorporating many different approaches, including but not limited to, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, motivational interviewing, existential approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
I tailor my approach to the needs of each client.
