My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and honest. My priority is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable to explore the issues you'd like to work through in treatment. I believe that there is no "right" way to do therapy and integrate various models of therapy to meet you where you are in your healing process. I additionally have a holistic approach, which means I focus on the mind, body, and spirit connection during therapy. My ultimate goal is to help you optimize your well-being through serenity, strength, and growth.
