I am pro-active in helping you reduce symptoms be they anxiety, panic, or depression by offering solution based tools and practical skills that have been shown to make life more manageable and enjoyable.
I work with people who are ready to give themselves permission to take time to look at their own life experiences, unresolved issues, and stresses that have been pushed off the radar due to external pressures in life and can benefit from the personal focus offered in individual psychotherapy.
