My Approach to Helping
When you are feeling depressed, anxious and down on yourself it can be hard to ask for help but it’s amazing how sitting and talking with someone you trust can really make a difference. I listen and reflect back what I hear you’re going through and then we work together to create new ways of looking at yourself and your life and start creating coping skills to make lasting changes. Empathy, understanding and humor are some of the ways I help my clients feel safe, seen and heard so that growth and expansion can occur easily and naturally.
