My Approach to Helping
I will provide you with a safe space in which you can explore how to use your own strengths to resolve the complexities in your life. This might mean exploring your current and past experiences and relationships which are contributing to your problems. My style is to ask you questions that will allow you to figure out what will work for you in your career, relationships, and individual pursuits.
I provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children -- and have worked extensively with people who have experienced depression, anxiety, cultural stressors, and bereavement/loss.
In addition to my private practice in northern Manhattan, I have taught graduate-level courses on clinical supervision and cultural psychology at Fordham University and Hunter College.
Please call me if you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment.
