My Approach to Helping

Nothing can weigh a person down quite like the pain of a relationship that's not going well. If you're having communication problems - arguing all the time, or perhaps not speaking at all; if you're wondering whether this relationship is going to make it; if you're in crisis, facing infidelity or an imminent divorce or breakup - it can fee like your life's been turned upside down.

I can help.

I have been working for years with people and their relationships, helping them to turn things around and develop satisfying lives and relationships. When you work with me, you'll get tools and skills you need to make this relationship WORK, so that you can walk away knowing you can make it for the long term. You won't get judgment or blame, and you won't get someone who just listens and nods. We're going to make things better.

I know that starting therapy can be intimidating. I'll try to make it as user-friendly for you as possible. Give me a call and I'll do my best to put you at ease and help you feel comfortable. I'm actually a human being in addition to being a therapist! And I'm a really nice guy too. So give it a try and reach out - let's take the first step forward together.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I love working with couples and other relationships, including family, social, and professional relationships!

I have dealt a lot with situations of infidelity. If that's what you're up against, don't panic - it's not all over. Get in touch with me and let's see if we can't fix this up!

Another common issue I work with is couples where in-laws and other relatives are putting a strain on the relationship.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love working with people who want to see a change in their lives and are willing to work for it. It is really inspiring to be a part of the process and watch people as they grow. I transitioned out of the world of tech to work with human beings instead of machines and have never regretted it.

My Role as a Therapist

...is to help you get where you want to go. I am not here to tell you what's right or wrong, what you ought to be doing, or what I think is best. I'm here to help you figure out what YOU think would be best and then to make the changes you need in order to achieve that. We'll delve into the issues you're facing and give you the tools you need to succeed in your relationships and your life.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Tell you what - give me a try. One thing I consistently hear from people is how comfortable they feel talking to me. I suspect you might find the same thing!
