Are you looking for things to be better in your life? Do you feel like something needs to change? Do you need to sort things out and make sense of what is going on? I will listen and offer practical support and guidance. I'll work compassionately with you to decide what might help. I'll consistently and gently challenge you to move toward a purposeful, meaningful life.

I completed post-doc training as a fellow at the University of Minnesota's Center for Sexual Health, as well as extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders. More recently I've completed the Trauma Training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This body-oriented approach combats PTSD and trauma.

I offer new clients a free 15-minute phone consulation and look forward to answering your questions.

More Info About My Practice

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and will file insurance claims on your behalf. If you are part of another insurance network, I can also file insurance claims for you. If you are considering this route, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask 1) what are my out-or-network mental health benefits? 2) what is my out-of-network deductible? Fees are $130 for a 45-minute session or $190 for a 60-minute session. The fee for the initial 60-minute assessment is $240. I also offer a sliding scale fee.
