My Approach to Helping
My goal is to provide a positive therapy experience where you will be supported in your personal journey towards emotional health and growth. I seek to fully explore the preferred life experience and provide alternative opportunities for satisfying and fulfilling change. My work is informed by the Narrative approach, which recognizes problems as residing outside of the person and influenced by the community and culture in which we live. I also use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches in my work with clients.
