My Approach to Helping
Hi, I’m Rachel! I help ambitious adults who feel overwhelmed and undervalued learn strategies to manage stress, gain insight, and feel empowered to move forward in life. My goal is to help you have an outlet and a safe space where you are not required to “have it all together”.
You and I will develop strategies for you to manage your stress, balance your demands and to help you focus on having a life worth living and enjoying.
My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and compassionate. We will talk about your thoughts, feelings, and situations. I may occasionally give “homework” assignments that are relevant to your needs. There will also be tears and laughter, but most of all, there will be healing and skill-building.
