My Approach to Helping
I like to acknowledge every aspect of your life in the therapeutic process helping you to discover yourself. Navigating through life can be adventurous and enjoyable or sometimes stressful and demanding. At times difficulties will arise and reaching out for help is beneficial. I believe in understanding the capabilities of an individual and using your strengths to create and achieve goals to find contentment in your life.
Anxiety and depression are human reactions to unpleasant and stressful experiences, but left unresolved they will continue to grow and lead to a crippling life. Learning coping skills and techniques along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy will aid in resolving these issues and progress towards a healthier lifestyle.
