My Approach to Helping
Each of us has our own story, and sometimes our experiences leave us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful, repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.
