My Approach to Helping
As a clinical therapist, my best approach in the helping process is through empathy, active listening as well as a supportive environment. I believe that my enthusiasm and commitment come from my positive results of working with patients who were going through bereavement, children in crises, domestic violence, and addiction of all types.

I must admit addiction has been the most thought-provoking in helping patients work through their challenges. However I have worked longest in this area of mental health. However, it took time to understand the anger that comes with the discomfort the patient is presenting. My treatment approach is comprehensive so that I can meet the needs of each client. I have always worked with outpatients and understand that methodology. I strongly believe that the person in situation given emotional support, treatment with the style of person center confrontation. In addition, practice coping skills that can stabilize and prevent critical relapse .
