I believe that everyone has the strength to change and grow. Therapy is one way of getting there, and I would be honored to work with you. I have successfully helped those struggling to cope with life stressors; chronic illness, job loss, relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and bereavement, LBGQT+ issues, parenting, and substance abuse.
