Phillip is the Founder and Clinical Director of Whole Connection. He supervises and trains therapists to work in a relational and mindful way to engage clients in their trusted space.

Phillip believes that the most important part of therapy is building a safe, trusting environment where the client can share themselves fully. He focuses on building a strong relationship with his clients, using this connection as the foundation and strength for the therapy. In this space, Phillip and the client can together repair attachments, work on past traumas, and discover intimacy without fear.

In the difficult moments in therapy, even when there is a safe and trusting environment, Phillip uses dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction skills to help clients become grounded and feel more at ease. Using attachment and psychodynamic theories, Phillip aims to help clients build a secure attachment where clients might not have had them before.

More Info About My Practice

Every therapist also believes deeply in the relational importance of therapy.

Im specifically helpful with clients who struggle with relationships, attachments, and trauma.
