My Approach to Helping
Phil believes that all people have been molded by their life experiences. Too often, people are drawn into a negative spiral of focusing only on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles that feel insurmountable. Phil believes that by learning how to frame your perspective in a different light, all people can overcome this negative cycle.
