My Approach to Helping

Phil believes that all people have been molded by their life experiences. Too often, people are drawn into a negative spiral of focusing only on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles that feel insurmountable. Phil believes that by learning how to frame your perspective in a different light, all people can overcome this negative cycle. He works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents struggling with these issues to help them learn how to reverse these effects and live a more positive, complete, and fulfilling life.

Phil's approach to therapy is characterized by warmth, dignity, and respect. He builds a genuine connection with his clients in order to best guide them through the change process and help turn the negative patterns they have been experiencing into positive habits.
