My Approach to Helping
Hello. I believe in the healing power of sitting with and deeply listening to another. I believe we all have an innate wisdom that holds our truth, values, and dreams. Often depression and anxiety are the body's way of letting you know there is something missing, something needed. Life transitions such as motherhood, divorce, perimenopause and menopause often trigger a questioning of self and the meaning of life. Together we can explore and navigate these changes in order to create a life that feels authentic, empowered and joyful.
