Whether you've been diagnosed with adult ADD/ADHD or PTSD, or you are dealing with other kinds of traumatic experience, you can learn to overcome the negative emotions and thoughts that keep you from a more satisfying, purposeful life. I invite you to unpack your emotional baggage and leave it in my office! You can accept and like yourself. Explore your emotions, moods and thoughts, modify your behaviors and set realistic goals.
Your therapies will be designed according to your unique history and circumstances. They may include cognitive therapies and body-based trauma healing, as well as guided imagery, meditation and BrainSpotting.
We will make a plan for your time in sessions and in between sessions. A program based on your time needs and availability will be created to help you get the most from your therapy while giving you flexibility and support.
