It is common for people dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety to feel disconnected, unmotivated, and full of fear or shame. I help people to learn to trust and understand themselves in deeper ways, transforming the old beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that are getting in the way of making meaningful change.
I use only the most evidence-based and neuroscience-backed therapies, including psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, ego state, mindfulness, self-compassion, and acceptance therapies, I will help you rewrite your story, achieve peace of mind, and move forward towards the life you want to live. My strong belief in my clients’ abilities to heal and grow by using their own innate power and wisdom motivates and empowers them, giving them hope, belief, and trust in themselves. In my gentle, compassionate, non-judgmental approach I help my clients feel unconditional acceptance, support, understanding and safety.
Kintsugi is a Japanese method for repairing broken ceramics by sealing the cracked or damaged parts with gold. The process usually results in something more beautiful than the original.
