My Approach to Helping

In therapy I offer you a safe, confidential space to talk about anything that may be difficult and painful. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work with individuals who are struggling with a range of issues, including the consequences of childhood abuse and neglect, and women's mental health.
I will work with you to identify and work towards your short term andor long term goals. I will listen intently, offer guidance and support you in your journey.
