My Approach to Helping
Paula utilizes evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy and mindfulness, to help individuals achieve improved emotional and behavioral functioning. Paula’s goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment upon which a strong clinical relationship can be built. It is her belief that through this partnership clients are best able to draw on their individual strengths and capabilities. Please be mindful that our time together in building a therapeutic relationship is valued and that cancelations should take place within (24 hours) a reasonable time for our schedules to adjust.
