My Approach to Helping
From the very first session we will collaborate in finding a way to meet your goals while balancing and managing the discomfort that therapy often brings up. But neither is therapy all about tears; good therapy has a rhythm and "right-feel" to it that allows clients to laugh, marvel, and wonder as they reconnect with their own truth and inner strength. We will face your discomfort and pain together applying a mix of practical, strength-based, and depth oriented approaches that best suits you. Even in the most seemingly desperate of circumstances, I have been amazed at the bravery, honesty, and commitment to change that clients possess.
