Our approach to helping people has served thousands of people in Kentucky over the last 15 years. We care, and it shows. Our professional counselors, therapists, and our psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide your behavioral health treatment in a confidential manner within our private setting. At our practice, you decide the treatment goals and we help you reach those step by step. Your trained professional will develop a long lasting relationship with you that provides the foundation for counseling and therapy and helping you become the person you want to be.

You will find that we help you right where you are and focus on the solutions in your life, not the problems. Our goal is to have you doing wonderful in your life. We enjoy taking pride in having provided a service that you will tell all of your family and friends about. The relationships we develop with our clients and the people they refer generally last a lifetime.

Please see our information on The Counseling Process, Therapy, and Credentials of Our Professionals when choosing a professional. Anyone can put up a good website, but please do your homework. You should hear good things about your behavioral health provider from one or two trusted sources before utilizing their services. Appropriate credentials, taking insurance, making you feel comfortable, and appearing fairly normal sound like regular qualifications for counselors and therapists, right? They are, and you deserve that and more. For help in choosing the right counselor or therapist, please visit How to Choose a Good Counselor or Therapist on our website for more help. We hope you come to visit us, but if you don't, we want you to receive the best help you can.

Counseling and Therapy takes courage and that first step can be difficult. I know you can do it! Counseling and therapy require long lasting, trusting relationships with your provider. Don't wait any longer. We can help!
