My Approach to Helping
Clover Counseling provides diverse approaches to therapy in this time of crisis. I am offering: walk and talk in Nevada nature (Social Distance Therapy); Out of Office individual and family systems therapy; and most recently TELE-THERAPY. Due to our country's present crisis, we are having to find creative and safe methods of providing psychotherapy to clients. If possible, I believe in the power of equilibrium with regard to equal balance between the psychological, spiritual, physical, and mental. Equilibrium is the key. I believe that walking near to the rocks and rills of the Truckee River provides physical and emotional strength to everyone.
With a little coffee, walk, and beneficial meaningful talk, I believe that we can turn a wicked problem into a manageable problem. The coffee is on me! It naturally raises dopamine and other brain chemicals of well-being along with our meaningful therapy. Pretty much everybody comes back feeling better. I also provide in-office therapy (or TELE-THERAPY) for those who prefer a more confidential setting and less physical session. Clover Counseling has experienced professional male and female counselors and clinicians of diverse cultures and ages. Most likely, we have a therapeutically good fit for you.

Let's get out of the house and go for a refreshing Nevada nature therapy session the challenges of the world and your ever-changing daily life...with a cup of coffee. The Truckee River is beautiful throughout each season of the year. Being next to large bodies of water can evoke various positive and ancient emotions within us. Walking and talking next to the power of the Truckee River can energize us within the flow and current of our own lives. I have several co-therapist working with me who are able to provide walk and talk therapy, in office counseling, out of office, and Teletherapy if desired. As stated earlier, we provide services in both English and Spanish.
My Therapy Focus
The goal is for myself and staff to help you find balance and equilibrium in your own life. In my opinion, life is about finding balance within ourselves. Balance with the spiritual, emotional, and physical. Walk and talk therapy out in nature and the fresh river air can help. Sometimes, we feel pent-up and overwhelmed. It feels good to break out and activate ourselves. As therapists, we may not have the specific answers for you, but we will always explore the answers. Together, we can explore the answers that work for you. Together, we will search for ways in which you can enlighten yourself and discover paths through emotional challenges.
