My approach is non-judgmental, providing a safe place for you to share what feels comfortable sharing. I will give you my full attention as I seek to understand what you would like to achieve from therapy.
One can feel hopeless from engaging in repeated patterns. Anxiety, depression and shame can feel like insurmountable obstacles. We can explore healthy coping skills to help you improve your sense of self and give you a renewed hope.
Getting a handle over wavering moods can feel empowering. I am trained to help with regulating stress and I have helped others improve their day to day functioning, making room for more possibilities in life.
