Everything about our lives seems to be changing. When we are experiencing stress or challenging times, sometimes we simply need someone to listen to us. We also might need a little direction to help guide us. I have a flexible and collaborative style that works uniquely with you. I use different methods but lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solutions Therapy model. Whether you would like to talk one time or speak as many times as you wish. We'll problem solve, and come up with solutions that will get you to a place where you will be feeling better soon.
