My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a process and can be the most rewarding journey of one's life. We live in an anxiety-producing society and sometimes forget that our purpose is a path of self-actualization and striving to be our best self. I believe that in a safe emotional environment, human beings can begin to identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that get in the way of their greater goals and purpose of life. We are capable of altering and changing negative and harmful patterns by learning new tools and belief systems. Gaining insight can lead to self empowerment and help individuals achieve their goals.
