I believe mental wellness is one of the cornerstones of our overall health. When you are feeling sad, anxious, or out of place, you may not be at your best. I want to help partner with you to help you create and maintain your best life, filled with passion and vitality!
I believe every person- and every person's unique story- matters. I strive to understand and connect with you and your emotions. Counseling can feel like a big step- because it is. Embracing your bravery and acknowledging your underlying strengths is the core of my philosophy of helping. You matter and your voice and emotions matters.

More Info About My Practice

I work with many experiential therapies, including art, journaling, and mindfulness. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach to helping!

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love being a part of someone's change and growth process! Connecting with people and helping them be the best version of themselves is so rewarding. Sitting with someone when they are in pain as they share their lives with me is an honor.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Flawed. Weak. Can't handle life. Those are words and phrases we may hear about people who engage in counseling. I know those words and phrases are complete and utter nonsense.
Acknowledging your pain and being willing to change is, I believe, the bravest choice a person can make. We know ourselves the best- however, sometimes we get off track or need support finding our path. That certainly isn't "weak"- that is the ultimate in strength.
