I provide mental health services for young people and adults. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, bullying, major life transitions, and suicidal ideation. My therapeutic approach integrates techniques from EMDR, mindfulness approaches, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
