How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I became a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern after a 20-year successful career in the high tech industry. I bring from this background an understanding of stresses that can arise and how they can affect our relationships. As a woman, a mother of two children, and an immigrant living in the San Francisco Bay area, I understand the life stressors that come with being a minority, a mother, and a professional. I am passionate about working with diverse and minority populations. I can help you explore issues microaggressions and marginalization, loss of home of origin, generational trauma.
