My Approach to Helping
Most of us would like to change something about our lives. We feel stuck in bad relationships or unfulfilling careers. We are anxious or depressed. We want to thrive and succeed, we just don't quite know how to make it happen. Therapy is the path to help you access the resources you already have inside yourself. Together we will find ways to discover your strengths, and then help you use those strengths to create positive, lasting change in your life
