My Approach to Helping
Sometimes, even under the best of circumstances, it can be hard to be human and it can feel helpful to talk about it with someone who is trained to listen to you deeply.
I am a Washington licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in psychodynamic and relational-interpersonal psychotherapy. I also provide psychological assessment to individuals across the lifespan. I believe that coming to therapy can help you address the roots of your mental and emotional struggles, which in turn can help to manage your symptoms. It is my aim to provide you with a place where you can get to know yourself better, explore your strengths and challenges without judgment, and find support to identify over time which patterns may be serving you and which may be getting in your way.
When you are looking for a therapist, it is important to choose someone with whom you feel you can eventually be as open and honest as possible. I welcome you to contact me if you feel that we might be good collaborators on your healing journey.
