My Approach to Helping
Do you feel stuck, lonely, heartbroken, abandoned? Is your faith shaken? Are there barriers that you just don\'t know how to knock down? How you been a victim of trauma and it keeps affecting different areas of your life. I am trained in CBT and other treatment modalities. In my approach you will find I use Solution Focused Therapy and CBT.
I like to meet people where they are and make them as comfortable as possible opening up about the things that are troubling them or causing barriers in life. Thoughts are important as well as words. My goal is to help change your way of thinking, promoting healthy thoughts, which in turn, changes your language. Through this process the mind, body and spirit transforms.
