My Approach to Helping
Each person is viewed as an individual with their own history and needs for recovery. I strive to offer comfort and compassion while helping guide each one in dealing with problems from their past, as well as learning new, healthier ways of facing life challenges.
More Info About My Practice
Things that are special about my practice:
I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield
I work 3 nights a week to give time for those who work during the day an opportunity to be seen.
I work with people who are wounded by childhood hurts.
I help people learn to quit stuffing their feelings. Remember, a stuffed Jack-in-the-box will eventually pop.
I help those who are living with a substance abuser, and also specialize in working with those who have either grown up with or find them self now in a relationship with someone with Borderline Personality Disorder.
If you have gone through a break-up, or had a recent loss in your family, I can help you get on the right track again by dealing with your emotions and moving to a new life plan.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Often, the way we were raised helps dictate how we live our life. I like to think of therapy as a way to help learn new ways to cope. It helps one obtain a new instruction manual for living.
