My Approach to Helping
I offer a clear path to insight and change and will help you feel comfortable getting to the root of an issue quickly.
The people I work with are generally high-functioning adults who are at a pivotal point in their lives and are ready for a change. The catalyst is often a significant transitional event such as the end of a relationship, the death of a family member or partner, a career transition, or the onset of an illness. Though these life transitions can be unsettling, uncomfortable, and difficult, they also offer extraordinary opportunities for healing and breakthrough. Working through these painful phases in life can be challenging, and sometimes we need support, which is why therapy can be so crucial.
