My Approach to Helping
Whether you have Covid fatigue, are feeling anxious, depressed, want to get in touch with your creativity or you just need a set of ears to vent to, I am here to work with you. I take pride in my diverse experience of working with clients from many different backgrounds. The majority of my work has been with children, teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, peer and parent-child relationships, trauma, self-esteem, and identity issues. I am here to be a support and help you in your journey right where you are.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered perspective where open and honest dialogue and a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is key to our work together. If you are interested, we can take a creative approach by using dance, music, writing, drama, and art to help with expression and healing. Mindfulness is also a core foundation.
