My Approach to Helping
Hello, I’m so glad you’re here!
Whether you’re a new parent adjusting to the realities of caregiving; a person that “has it all” but feels restless, unseen, and unfulfilled; or someone struggling to feel connected to your partner, I am here to tell you I get it, I’ve been there, and it can get better.
Together we can get you where you want to be: satisfied, balanced, connected, and at peace. You can exist outside of your identities of “parent”, “employee”, or “spouse” as a unique person deserving of happiness, love, rest, and fun. You can return to a place of deep gratitude for your life, appreciation for those around you, and the confidence to create space for your work, your relationships, and yourself.
Our time together will include vulnerability, radical honesty, and even a little humor. We will make meaning out of your experiences and work towards creating the life you want.
