My Approach to Helping
Since 2005, I’ve been working in the field of counseling and school psychology. My degrees include a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Master's in Educational Counseling, and thousands of hours of work with individuals and families. I’m licensed as a professional counselor.
I work with individuals with a wide array of difficulties, such as posttraumatic stress (PTSD), depression, anxiety, eating struggles, grief, etc. I use a variety of methods to work with clients, depending on their needs. Some of these methods include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness practice, cognitive therapy, talk therapy, etc. depending on the needs and goals of the client.
