You look at your life and no longer recognize yourself or what you are doing anymore. You thought you already had this figured out but you are no longer sure that you made the right choices. You believe that everyone else around you has it all figured out and is successful so what’s wrong with you. The stress, overthinking, and lack of motivation have taken over even the simplest of tasks anymore. This isn’t how being an adult was supposed to be.
