Therapy can be challenging. As a therapist, I sincerely believe lowering your defenses and acknowledging your weaknesses is crucial to long-term healing. It is in our most vulnerable moments that we develop the self-trust we need to make lasting, positive changes. I will challenge you to face your fears, encourage you to take risks, push you, and hold you responsible for your actions because that is what effective therapy is all about.
