My Approach to Helping
I truly want to see all of us live the lives we seek to experience. And I realize that it can be difficult to deal with stress, struggles, fears, and painful experiences. Whether it's finding more balance, getting unstuck, rediscovering who you are, or dealing with a sudden life change, uncertainty, and building healthier relationships, we can work to achieve your goals. Nothing is too big or too small for us to tackle together in sessions. Your work, family life, children, friends, significant others, pets, and environment matter. In our work together, you can find a listening ear, support, and specialized training to figure out the next steps of your journey and/or heal the wounds of the past. Helping you find the best approach is important to me, so whether it's a walk in the park or therapy in the comfort of your home, my passion is making sure that everyone who comes through the door no longer settles for less than a whole life.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Pain is a human experience that does not have to make us weaker or less able to live a fulfilling life. Clients of mine understand that I realize that and strongly believe it. My own struggles with anxiety, starting as a young child, experiences with trauma and loss have helped me to understand the needs and struggles of my clients. I, along with them, have to walk the walk in order to live a whole life.
