My background in clinical health psychology has helped shape the clinician I am today. Specializing in the cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, I strongly believe in an individualized approach to treatment, rather than a "one size fits all," type of mentality. The therapeutic relationship is just as important and I appreciate that when selecting a therapist, one has to have a gut feeling about who is right for him or her. My work with clients is interactive and collaborative and I am more transparent as a psychologist showing that I, too, am human with both compassion and humor.

More Info About My Practice

I work with a broad spectrum of clients including those with depressive and anxiety disorders. I tend to see Individuals who are looking to not only find solutions to their problems but who also care about improving their overall well-being and general satisfaction with life. Individuals who come to therapy may be struggling with interpersonal difficulties (such as relationship/intimacy issues) or are working on intrapersonal issues such as self-esteem, stress management, and coping with important life transitions.
