I specialize in working with individual with special needs and the LGBT community, but treat people from a variety of backgrounds. I work with adolescents and adults on a range of issues, incorporating relaxation, art, and movement to create accessible therapy.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Every therapist has a different approach to how they help their clients. I believe therapy is most beneficial when you attend your sessions on a weekly basis, especially for the first 6 weeks. The more often you attend, the more progress you will be able to make and the sooner therapy will be over.
