Beginning the therapeutic journey can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming. At Everyday Self Counselling, I strive on building therapeutic relationships through connecting and relating to one another as individuals; making this process feel easy, natural, and comfortable.

My scope of practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflict, and trauma by working collaboratively to develop your coping toolbox and becoming a healthier and happier version of you!
