My Approach to Helping
Welcome, I am so glad you are here. I am a holistic trauma therapist. I work in a collaborative and compassionate manner to help you overcome any blocks in your way to a life that feels peaceful, grounded, and joyful. You may be seeking therapy for the first time or have had been in therapy for years. Either way, together we can create a path to healing for you.
Many people have traumas in their lives and traumas can be: childhood abuse and neglect, accidents, medical procedures, natural disasters, sudden losses, phobias, affairs, and toxic relationships.
Often traumas can leave us feeling as if we have lost our power, are getting continually triggered, feel panic or sadness, have nightmares, feel overwhelmed, or even that there is something deeply wrong with us. You do not have to continue feeling this way and therapy for trauma can provide deep healing. I would be honored to help you along the way.
