Therapy goals are centered on what the client feels is most pressing. This is something that I process along with the client and check in weekly to determine the progress on these goals. They are revised as needed based on these check-ins. A common theme is anxiety and depression. This has inspired me to focus on the present and then address and put away issues of the past.
