My role as a trauma and grief therapist is to companion or walk along side you through painful emotions, thoughts, experiences, and process those wounds that need to be healed. I am supportive and compassionate to your personal worldview, life and family of origin. As a guide, we will colloborate and explore your specific patterns, early life brain maps, history, behaviors and provide tools to work towards your best self. As a therapist, we will determine strengths and weaknesses, then identify specific measurable goals you want to achieve. It is an honor and priviledge to work with clients. I love this work!
