My Approach to Helping

I support clients with histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, major life changes, and coming out as LGBTQ. I work from from a person-centered perspective and use a variety of techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to support clients in managing their symptoms.
