My Approach to Helping
I am trained in a variety of therapy methods, and uses a mix of these methods depending on the client’s goals and needs. The methods used include cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, solution-focussed, and narrative therapies. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and has participated in dozens of trainings and workshops to keep her knowledge up to date! I am a registered psychotherapist and has been in private practice for four years. As your psychotherapist, I will be there to guide you through your journey. I will help you to process difficult emotions, gain clarity on your behaviour patterns and how they impact you, and develop new methods to bring you closer to your goals. My ultimate goal is to help you to thrive in your life!
