More Info About My Practice

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals facing challenging and significant moments that are often connected with anxiety and depression. I believe wholeheartedly in my work as a therapist and I care deeply about the people I work with. I'm here to listen and to help guide, so you can learn how to live your life in the present. I am willing to use creativity and alternative means to help people find their path. I encourage my clients to integrate holistic approaches with nutrition and meditation versus a "medicine-only" approach. I trained in Musical Theater at Tisch School of the Performing Arts at New York University and obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis. My approach to therapy includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and elements of Gestalt therapy.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Fascinated with human strength, courage, and resilience, my therapeutic work focuses on managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, developing self-worth, nurturing healthy relationships, learning how to live intuitively, regulating emotions and embracing solitude.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

My work helps resurrect hope and reminds individuals that healing can grow from the most vulnerable places and that bringing attention to these delicate moments will deepen your connection to yourself and others. Together, I can help you discover what it means to live intuitively, embrace your vulnerabilities, celebrate your solitude, learn how to take meaningful risks and face uncertainty with more confidence. I'm here to help you become your best friend and best ally. I will guide you on how to be present, reconnect with yourself, embrace your stillness and deepen your relationships with others so you will ultimately enhance your life!
